At Mopar Dodge Car Parts, your satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy:

🔁 Returns Policy

To initiate a return, please contact us first to arrange the return process.

✅ Return Guidelines:

• A copy of your invoice must be included with the returned item.

• All returned parts are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• Parts must be in resaleable condition and in their original, unopened packaging.

• We cannot accept returns on:

  • Parts that have been used, installed, or tested

  • Electrical components

  • Parts returned after 30 days of delivery

• We reserve the right to inspect and refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Orders (or parts of orders) may be cancelled at any time before they are shipped.

• If a part has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return policy above.

• If the cancelled item was a special order from the manufacturer, a 15% return fee may still apply.
