At Mopar Dodge Car Parts, we’re committed to getting your parts to you quickly, safely, and accurately.
📦 Order Processing & Fulfillment
In-stock orders ship within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).
Weekend orders are processed on the next business day.
If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2–3 business days to arrive at our facility before being shipped out to you.
Most orders are shipped complete within 2–3 business days. In some cases, parts may take up to 5–6 business days to arrive before shipping.
We do not ship COD orders.
🚚 Shipping Times
Ground shipping generally takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
Overnight shipping is available at an additional cost—please contact us before ordering.
Oversized items may incur extra shipping charges. You will be contacted for approval before your order ships.
While we make every effort to ship quickly, transit times for ground and oversized shipments are not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to substitute carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS) to help reduce your shipping cost.
Please Note: We currently do not ship internationally.
🔒 Shipping Protection with Extend
We protect all domestic shipments (within the U.S. and Puerto Rico) via FedEx, UPS, and USPS using Extend Shipping Protection.
🛡️ How Extend Works:
All eligible orders are automatically enrolled in Extend shipping protection at checkout.
Coverage includes loss, theft, and damage during transit.
After placing your order, you will receive an email from Extend with your assigned Contract ID. (If not received, check your spam or promotions folder.)
Don’t worry—if you can’t find the email, you can still file a claim using just your email address through the Extend claims portal.
💳 Fast Claims, Easy Resolution:
Once your claim is approved, Extend will issue a virtual gift card equal to your order’s total value—including parts, tax, and shipping.
